Get in Touch

We recognise that security and feeling safe is very important to our residents, therefore our accommodation is designed with security in mind and equipped with a range of safety features.

Our Scheme Manager is on hand office hours, Monday to Friday to act as a ‘good neighbour’ to residents and respond to queries, signpost to services and manage the maintenance of properties.

Our Mayes Garden accommodation is protected by a modern CCTV system which monitors 24 hours a day.

All our properties are equipped with fire protection alarms and are linked to a 24 hour call system, allowing residents to gain assistance at any time of the day or night in the event of an emergency – such as if they have taken ill, had a fall or are in need or urgent assistance.

By activating the alarm the resident alerts the support centre staff who
respond quickly arranging for help to be sent and contact family, friends and emergency services when required.
